Rant mode go!:
Her name is Circe Locke, and she's not quite done yet. When I found the name I thought she'd be a crusty old bat, but then when I started to design her I felt like making her dance. I don't know why, but she belonged on the dancefloor dammit.

I can't imagine her being there for canon purposes though. So as it stands this pic is noncanon just to show how ~~fat her hips are~~ her basics? xD Cos as far as I've written her personality, she gets TOO PISSED OFF too easily. (and has zero sense of rhythm imo) And why is it that my noncanon pictures are always so damn whorish D: I can never draw noncanon cute anymore. (well, I guess that's a good thing for this contest...; )

HNNGH this is the first time I've been able to incorporate background color in the foreground without making it look quite so ajflkjnghakldfs and I abused so many layer styles on so many layers I don't think I can ever recreate this effect right, what. OTL

She's my first entry for the Seventh Sanctum vampire contest (or at least this is part of it dammit I'm so indecisive I may have to redo her)
